How we work in 6 steps
Data transmission
You send us the data of your stock lines to sell, file in .csv, .xls or .xlsx format, via the form above or directly by mail (or via the implementation of an API between the Hexachip server and the stocks without OF of your ERP), by specifying the important data (manufacturer reference, code date, type of packaging, if repackaged, quantity in stock, storage location, MOQ, purchase price and desired selling price).
Validation and uploading of information
We validate together all the transmitted data and define a selling price for each item, according to the market price and your desired selling price. The signature of our estimate finalizes this stage before putting your stock online by us.
Depository option
If you wish to benefit from our sales depot service, we contract this service before shipping the stock to be sold by you. Upon receipt, we check, sort, count and store the components before putting them online.
Setting up the order
Upon receipt of an order from a buyer, Hexachip places an order with you according to the conditions defined in the quote and sends you a purchase order, specifying in particular the shipping time to be respected.
Shipping of components
At the same time as our order form is issued, Hexachip sends you the shipping label to be printed and stuck on the parcel prepared by you. A partner carrier will then come and collect the parcel within 24 hours of the order.
Receipt and finalization of the transaction
A réception de la marchandise, l'acheteur dispose de 7 jours pour contrôler les composants et valider définitivement la transaction. Le paiement de votre facture peut alors être déclenché.
