How we work in 6 steps
Collection of your needs
If you don't want to search on our platform, please send us your BOM and your needs directly by filling in the form above. Hexachip will make a careful selection of the products in adequacy with your request and will send you a corresponding estimate.
Product selection
Make your own selection using our search engine. Once you have selected the product(s), Hexachip will send you a quote to set up your order.
Testing services
If you wish to benefit from the testing and control services of one of our partner service providers before receiving your goods, we add this service to the estimate, before contracting and shipping your order. The implementation time of this service can vary from 4 to 8 weeks in standard or 2 to 4 weeks in express.
Setting up the order
Upon receipt of the signed quotation or your order form, Hexachip will send you its invoice for payment of your order and reservation of the desired electronic components, according to the conditions defined in the quotation, specifying in particular the delivery time.
Shipping of electronic components
After acceptance of the quote, you proceed to the payment of the order amount and the related service fees. Hexachip starts the shipment and sends you the tracking number of the partner carrier in charge of collecting your parcel from the seller or from our sales depot, within 24 hours following the order.
Receipt and finalization of the transaction
Upon receipt of the goods, you have a period of 7 days to check the electronic components and definitively validate the transaction or request a refund.
